Post-Handover Inspection

Our post-handover inspection is carried out after you have moved into your new build, providing a further opportunity to identify defects that may have been missed during the initial inspection or have only become apparent after occupation.

We carry out a thorough inspection of the property, including thermal imaging, and provide photographic evidence of any defects or areas requiring attention.

Our detailed report gives you a clear record of issues to present to your developer during the defects liability period, helping ensure they are properly addressed.

What's the Difference?

Pre-Handover: Carried out before completion, giving you the opportunity to have defects identified and addressed before you take ownership.

Post-Handover: Carried out after completion, helping identify any remaining or newly apparent defects while you are still within the developer's defects period.

Re-Inspection (Optional)

Once your developer has completed the remedial works, we return to your property to verify that all previously identified defects have been properly resolved.
